Antrim

From the mythical nine glens to geological wonders, castles and surf towns, lakes and rivers. County Antrim is bursting with exceptional tracks and trails. From Ballycastle to Portrush, Belfast, and the Game of Thrones connection Antrim has many hidden and accessible tracks and trails and its famous coastline is truly spectacular. But while the Causeway Coast might get the crowds there's plenty more to see in this stunning county.

After leaving Portna, Anna is on a trail that can be cycled along the main road or undertaken via kayak. This picturesque 5km canal excursion takes her from Portna to Movanagher. The final stage of this journey is 20km away in Coleraine. It is the largest town Anna encounters and it is near the mouth of the river Bann.
