Wexford - Tintern Trails

Doireann heads to the south east to County Wexford to walk the Tintern Trails with social media personality, presenter and podcaster James Kavanagh.

Known more for city strolls than forest hikes, James is drawn to walks that engage the senses and the Tintern Demesne offers exactly that. On the 4.5km looped trail, they pass through shaded woodlands, riverside tracks and even a walled garden in the historic Colclough Estate. Though a self-confessed "city boy,” James has taken to country life and he shares his evolving relationship with it and some very specific aspirations: "I'll know I've made it when I have a walled garden.”
